After being contacted by Bob Doster of Chastain & Associates Insurance, city advisor John Waggoner and Mayor Chris Peck informed other members of the city council of the apparent need for the revaluation and the measures by which it would be performed.

Does home buildings Insurance cover tenants or paying guests?
For example if I had a tenant in my house renting and they had an accident and then could not work. How would I be insured for this?
If you are renting, the insurance covers the property.
Your stuff inside the property is your problem. That’s why you are always encouraged to buy renter’s insurance.
